Ingredients

  • Burger Patties
  • 600 g ground chicken
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 stick lemongrass, core of the vegetable finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp. curry powder
  • 4 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Burger Patties

    Place the mince in a bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut flakes, season. Mix well until the ingredients form a compact mass. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
  • Grilling

    Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the burgers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
  • Tipp:

    Mit dem Daumen in die rohen Patties eine Vertiefung drücken. Dies verhindert, dass sich die Patties beim Grillieren wölben.
