  • 3 slices toast bread (approx. 70 g), cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder

    Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Toast the bread cubes for approx. 2 mins. until golden. Mix the coriander, curry and salt in a bowl, add the croutons, mix.
  • Tip:

    Instead of toast bread, use dark bread or lye rolls.
