  • 10 dates, pitted, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp almond paste
  • 4 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp almonds, finely chopped

  • Mixture

    Place the dates in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. With wet hands, shape into approx. 12 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
