  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 200 g sour single cream

  • Blitz the dates in a food processor, transfer to a bowl. Using the whisk on a hand mixer, whisk the dates with the sour single cream and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, keep whisking until the mixture is smooth.
