  • Brochettes
  • 4 wooden skewers
  • 16 shrimp dim sum
  • 300 g pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 0.5 dl Water
  • Dip
  • 2 stick lemongrass, core of the vegetable finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp. soya sauce

  • Brochettes

    Place the dim sum and 3/4 of the pineapple cubes alternately onto the skewers. Put the rest of the pineapple cubes and juice to one side. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, cover and fry the skewers for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Pour in the water, cover, and evaporate over a high heat.
  • Dip

    Slice the remaining pineapple into small cubes, mix with the pineapple juice, lemongrass and soy sauce. Serve with the skewers.
