Ingredients

  • 250 g dried fruit (z. B. Pflaumen, Aprikosen, Feigen, Ananas, Cranberries)
  • 2.5 dl apple juice
  • 1 lemon, use only the juice
  • 1 tbsp. raw sugar

Instructions

  • Cut the dried fruit into pieces. Pour over the apple juice, cover and leave to steep for approx. 1 hour. Bring the fruit and steeping liquid to the boil in a pan with the sugar and lemon juice, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Leave to cool.
  • Dazu passt:

    Milchreis.
