  • 3 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • Tartar
  • 180 g dried meat, cut into small cubes
  • 40 g arugula, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch small radishes, cut into thin slices
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • Shaping
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 8 slices sandwich bread, roasted

    Combine the vinegar and oil, season.
  • Tartar

    Stir the dried meat and all the other ingredients up to and including the chives into the sauce.
  • Shaping

    Spread the cream cheese onto the toast, top with the tartare.
