Ingredients

  • Dim sum
  • oil for frying
  • 300 g Dumplings (ex. Shrimp Dim Sum)
  • Stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 litre beef bouillon
  • 200 g pak choi, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dim sum

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the dumplings for approx. 2 mins. on each side, set aside.
  • Stock

    Bring the stock to the boil in a pan, add the pak choi and soy sauce, cook for approx. 5 mins. Add the reserved dumplings, cook for a further 2 mins., season.
