  • 600 g zucchini
  • 250 g pre-cooked durum wheat (Ebly)
  • 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 4 dl Water
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • a little pepper

  • Cut the courgettes into wedges. Heat the oil in a wide-bottomed pan. Sauté the courgettes with the Ebly wheat. Add the water, cover and simmer for approx. 12 mins. until the Ebly wheat is soft.
  • Coarsely chop the parsley and mix it into the Ebly wheat with the crème fraiche.
