  • Mixture
  • 2 hard-boiled egg
  • 100 g Appenzeller Mostbröckli (beef sausages) in slices, finely chopped
  • 1 piece avocado, diced
  • 0.5 onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 bunch chervil, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • Shape
  • 4 piadina flatbreads (approx. 320 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Mixture

    Mix the eggs and all the ingredients up to and including pepper.
  • Shape

    Coat the Piadinas with the mixture and roll up tightly. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the rolls on all sides for approx. 3 mins., remove and slice.
  • Tip:

    Prepare the rolls approx. 1/2 day in advance, cover and keep in the fridge.
