Ingredients

  • 5 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp. white flour
  • 2 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • a little pepper
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 500 g Pappardelle noodles
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  • Combine the milk, flour and mustard in a pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins., season.
  • Peel and cut the eggs in half, add to the mixture, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Finely chop the chives and add to the mixture.
  • Cut the broccoli into florets, cook with the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Stir in the butter and salt to season.
