  • 2 tbsp. raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. rum (or apple juice)
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 0.5 pineapple
  • 1 mango
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 kiwis
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 4 balls vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds

  • 1. To make the syrup, combine the sugar with the lime juice, rum and water in a bowl.
  • 2. Dice the pineapple, mango and papaya, slice the kiwi. Remove the pomegranate seeds, add to the syrup with the remaining fruits, mix everything together well, cover and leave to steep in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  • 3. Serve: place one scoop of ice cream in each bowl, top with the fruit salad and decorate with the almonds.
