  • Cabbage
  • 600 g Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 800 g red cabbage, cut into strips approx. 5 mm wide
  • 80 g dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 dl meat bouillon
  • 1 Vaud sausage, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
  • some coriander leaves

  • Cabbage

    Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the cabbage, potatoes, cranberries and caraway seeds. Pour in the stock. Arrange the sausage on top and cook, uncovered, over a medium heat for approx. 20 mins. then top with the coriander.
