Ingredients

  • Butter mixture
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 30 g red tapenade
  • 100 g Landjäger, diced
  • 1 pagnol bread, cut open
  • 15 g Micro Greens (e.g. mild), finely chopped
  • Sandwich
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 0.25 cucumber, sliced
  • 150 g mountain cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 15 g Micro Greens (e.g. mild)
  • kitchen twine

Instructions

  • Butter mixture

    Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese and tapenade for approx. 2 mins. until light and creamy. Mix in the micro greens, spread half of the mixture on one side of the bread. Mix the Landjäger sausage into the remaining mixture, spread on the other side of the bread.
  • Sandwich

    Place the cheese and cucumber on the bread. Arrange the tomato on top of the meat, egg and micro greens on the other half of the bread. Wrap the sandwich in sandwich paper and tie with kitchen twine.
  • Tip:

    This sandwich has something for everyone. Vegetarians and meat lovers can meet in the middle.
