    Öl in einer Bratpfanne warm werden lassen. Würste beigeben, mit einer Kelle zerdrücken, sodass sie zerfallen. Ca. 4 Min. rührbraten, Steinpilze beigeben, ca. 3 Min. weiterrührbraten. Rahm dazugiessen, würzen.
  • Pasta

    Farfalle im siedenden Salzwasser al dente kochen, 3 EL Kochwasser zur Sauce geben. Farfalle abtropfen, zur Sauce geben, mischen.
  • Tipp:

    mit grob geschnittener Petersilie bestreuen.
