  • Frankfurters in puff pastry
  • 4 EL curry sauce (z.B. Curry-Mango-Sauce)
  • 1 puff pastry (z.B. Butterblätterteig, ca. 320 g)
  • 8 Frankfurter sausages

Instructions

  • Frankfurters in puff pastry

    Cut the pastry lengthwise into 8 strips. Spread the sauce over the pastry strips, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all round. Wrap each frankfurter in a strip of pastry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.
  • Tipp:

    Serve with the mango curry sauce.
