  • 0.5 dl water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 bay leaf
  • Cocktail
  • 1 organic grapefruit, juice one half, cut the other half into slices
  • 1 dl gin
  • some ice cube
  • 4 dl champagne
  • Utensils
  • 4 champagne glasses, each approx. 200 ml

  • Bay leaf sugar syrup

    Bring the water, sugar and bay leaf to the boil, simmer until the sugar has dissolved, leave to cool.
  • Cocktail

    Pour the gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup into a shaker, add the ice cubes and shake well. Strain into the glasses, top up with the champagne, garnish with the grapefruit slices and bay leaves.
