  • Salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 200 g leek, cut into approx. 3 mm strips
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • a little pepper
  • Prawns
  • oil for frying
  • 4 Fine Food shrimp tails, Easy-Peel
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 0.75 tsp sea salt

  • Salsa

    Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and leek for approx. 5 mins., add the tomatoes, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 25 mins., season, mix in the pine nuts.
  • Prawns

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the rosemary. Fry the prawn tails for approx. 6 mins. all over, add salt and serve with the winter salsa.
