Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 carrots, peeled, cut into thin strips
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, cut into thin strips
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage, cut into quarters lengthways and then across into 2-cm-wide strips
  • 1 red chili, insides removed, cut into thin strips
  • 160 g atsuage (fried tofu), cut across into 1-cm-wide strips
  • 3 tbsp. Suishin rice wine (or white wine)
  • 2.5 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 0.25 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Öl in einem Wok oder einer weiten Bratpfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel kurz rührbraten. Chinakohl und Rüebli beigeben, ca. 4 Min. weiterrührbraten. Tofu und Chili beigeben, kurz weiterrührbraten. Wein, Sojasauce, Salz und Zucker beigeben, bei kleiner Hitze unter gelegentlichem Wenden ca. 4 Min. köcheln.
