Ingredients

  • Mixture
  • 1 lime, 1 tbsp juice
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 150 g coconut milk yoghurt
  • To decorate
  • 0.5 mangoes, sliced
  • 1 kiwis, diced
  • 2 passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out

Instructions

  • Mixture

    Combine the yoghurt, icing sugar and lime juice in a large stainless steel bowl. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., stirring 3 times.
  • To decorate

    Divide the frozen coconut yoghurt into bowls, top with fruit.
  • Prepare:

    Prepare the frozen yoghurt approx. 2 days in advance. Transfer to the fridge 30 mins. before serving, stir until smooth.
