  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 vanilla pod, cut open lengthwise
  • 600 g fruit seasonal, cut into pieces

  • Syrup

    Bring the water to the boil along with the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla pod, reduce for approx. 5 mins. to half the amount, leave to cool.
  • Mix the fruit with syrup, cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins.
  • Note:

    Adapt the amount of sugar to suit the variety and ripeness of the fruit.
