  • Kebabs
  • 1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
  • 4 chicken breasts (approx. 170 g each), cut crosswise into slices approx. 1 cm thick
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 slices fried bacon, halved
  • 2 peaches, cut into slices
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins.

  • Kebabs

    Mix the chicken with the lemon zest, thyme, oil and salt. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Thread the chicken and peach slices alternately onto the skewers.
  • To grill the kebabs

    Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 10 mins. all over.
