  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 balls sour cream ice cream
  • 20 g meringue shells coarsely crumbled


  • In a mortar and pestle, finely crush the almonds, basil, sugar, oil, lemon zest and juice.
