Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 dried sausage (je ca. 50 g), geschält, in Scheiben
  • 2 red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 50 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 2.5 dl full fat cream
  • 90 g arugula
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Spaghetti

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, reserve 100 ml of the cooking water, return the spaghetti to the pan, cover and set aside.
  • Sauce

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Landjäger and onions for approx. 1 min. Pour in the cream and reserved cooking water, simmer for approx. 3 mins. Stir in the rocket and cheese, season, mix with the spaghetti.
