  • 0.5 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • some ice cubes
  • 2 dl gin
  • 4 dl ginger beer
  • 2 dl sparkling mineral water
  • 4 sprigs peppermint

  • 4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

  • Divide the cucumber slices between the glasses. Add the gin and ice cubes, top up with the ginger beer and water. Garnish the drinks with mint. Serve immediately.
