  • 200 g shelled, raw prawns
  • 300 g stir-fry vegetables
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 45 g ketchup
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • Heat the oil in a wok, fry the prawns for approx. 4 mins., remove and season with salt. Stir fry the vegetables in the same wok for approx. 7 mins., season with salt, return the prawns to the pan. Combine the ginger paste, sugar and soy sauce, mix with the vegetables and prawns or serve alongside.
