Instructions

  • Öl im Wok heiss werden lassen, Crevetten ca. 4 Min. braten, herausnehmen, salzen. Gemüse im selben Wok ca. 7 Min. rührbraten, salzen, Crevetten wieder beigeben. Ingwerpaste, Zucker und Sojasauce verrühren, mit dem Gemüse und den Crevetten mischen oder separat dazu servieren.
