  • 4 thin turkey cutlets (approx. 120 g each)
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 spring onions, incl. green parts
  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • a little Schabziger, to dust
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • toothpicks


  • Flatten the cutlets, season. Chop the onions, grate the Schabziger cheese, mix with the quark. Spread the filling over the turkey cutlets, close the cutlets by securing them with toothpicks.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey wraps over a medium heat for approx. 4 mins. each side.
  • Arrange the turkey wraps on a plate, sprinkle with the cheese.
