  • 300 g potato gnocchi
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 250 g green asparagus, unterer hölzerner Teil abgeschnitten, schräg in feinen Scheiben
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 1 dl single cream for sauces

Instructions

  • Stir fry the diced bacon, gnocchi and garlic in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 4 mins. Add the asparagus, continue cooking for approx. 5 mins., season. Add the single cream and heat gently.
