Ingredients

  • 1 pinch salt
  • icing sugar to dust
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 75 g ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g powdered chocolate
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 300 g white flour
  • 0.5 bag baking powder

Instructions

  • Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla powder and eggs until light and creamy - the sugar should dissolve. Add the hazelnuts, chocolate powder and milk and mix well. Mix the white flour, baking powder and salt, sieve into the beaten mixture, fold in and transfer to the prepared tin.
  • Bake for approx. 1 hr. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove, allow to cool a little, remove from the tin, slide onto a cooling rack, allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
