  • Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts (approx. 300 g), halved lengthwise
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
  • 100 g single cream for sauces
  • 1 organic lemon, grated zest, 1 1/2 tbsp of juice
  • a little pepper
  • 60 g grated Parmesan
  • Utensils
  • One ovenproof dish (approx. 1 l), greased

  • Chicken

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, salt the chicken, fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side, transfer to the prepared dish. Combine the cream, lemon zest and lemon juice with 40 g of parmesan, season, pour over the chicken breasts. Top with the remainder of the parmesan.
  • To roast

    Approx. 15 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
  • Tip:

    Garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
