  • Dressing
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
  • Salad
  • 1 red onions, sliced
  • 4 tomato, cut into segments
  • 1 cucumber, halved lengthwise, deseeded, sliced
  • 2 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 200 g feta, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes
  • 40 g black olives
  • Croutons
  • 200 g baguette, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil

  • Dressing

    Combine the mustard, vinegar and oil, add the garlic, season. Add the basil.
  • Salad

    Add the onion and all the other ingredients up to and including the olives, mix.
  • Croutons

    Toast the bread in hot oil for approx. 5 mins. until light brown. Scatter some of the croutons over the salad, serve the rest with the dish.
  • Tip:

    Replace the baguette with wholegrain bread.
