  • Dressing
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, gepresst
  • 3.5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 bunch basil, grob geschnitten
  • Salat
  • 1 red onion, in Streifen
  • 4 tomatoes, in Schnitzen
  • 1 cucumber, längs halbiert, entkernt, in Scheiben
  • 2 yellow peppers, in Streifen
  • 200 g feta cheese, in ca. 1½ cm grossen Würfeln
  • 40 g black olives
  • Croûtons
  • 200 g Parisian bread, in ca 1½ cm grossen Würfeln
  • 0.5 tbsp. olive oil

  • Dressing

    Stir together mustard, vinegar and oil, add crushed garlic and season. Chop basil coarsely and add.
  • Salat

    Slice onion. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and cut into sticks. Cut tomatoes into wedges, slice peppers, cut feta cheese into cubes around 1 1/2 cm in size, and add, with the olives, to the other vegetables.
  • Croûtons

    Cut bread into cubes around 1 1/2 cm in size and sauté in hot oil approx. 5 minutes until light brown. Sprinkle a few of the croûtons over the salad and serve the remainder alongside it.
  • Tipp:

    Pariserbrot durch Vollkornbrot ersetzen.
