  • 4 dl pineapple juice
  • 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cucumber, in pieces
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 250 ml

    Put the kiwis and all of the other ingredients into a mixer bowl, puree until smooth, cover and chill for at least 30 mins. Pour the smoothie into the glasses or bottles.
