  • 1 tsp. mild mustard
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • 150 g brown bread
  • 4 Frankfurter sausages
  • 1 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 1 bag leaf salad, ca. 400 g (z.B. JaMaDu Salat)

  • For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together well.
  • Cut the bread into approx. 1 cm cubes, then cut the frankfurters diagonally into pieces. Heat the clarified butter in a frying pan, fry the bread for approx. 3 mins. until crisp, add the frankfurters and cook for approx. 2 mins. Put the lettuce into a bowl, mix with the dressing. Add the croutons and frankfurters, then serve.
