  • 3 kiwis, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 50 g Medjool dates finely chopped
  • 3.5 dl green tea, cold
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 tsp linseed

  • Makes approx. 800 ml

  • In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
