  • 3 kiwi, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 50 g Medjool dates finely grated
  • 3.5 dl green tea, cold
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed
  • Utensils
  • Ergibt ca. 8 dl

Instructions

  • In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
