Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper, cut across in half
  • 80 g dry-cured country bacon, cut into thin strips
  • a little pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp. herb salt
  • 3 dl cream
  • 1 tbsp. marjoram, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Season the peppers inside and arrange on a greased baking tray. Divide the bacon between the peppers. To make the sauce, combine the eggs, cream and marjoram, season and divide between the peppers. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the peppers for approx. 25 mins. over/on a medium heat.
