Ingredients

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
  • 2 broccoli (each approx. 600 g), quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • Couscous
  • 50 g almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dukkah (spice mix)
  • 2 tbsp dark sultanas
  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
  • 250 g halloumi, cut into approx. 1 cm sticks

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

    Brush the broccoli with oil, season with salt, grill on all sides over/on a low heat (approx. 150°C) for approx. 15 mins. Allow the broccoli to cool slightly, chop finely.
  • Couscous

    Combine the vinegar and oil, season. Mix the broccoli, almonds and sultanas.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

    Grill the cheese over/on a medium heat for approx. 3 mins. on each side, serve with the broccoli couscous.
  • Note:

    Use another type of grilled cheese instead of halloumi.
