  • 1 cauliflower (ca. 600 g), in ca. 5 mm dicken Scheiben
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 40 g Sbrinz cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • Salad
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 3.5 tbsp. Pesto rosso (red pesto)
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 180 g baby lettuce

Instructions

  • Grilled Cauliflower

    Blumenkohl auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen, mit Öl beträufeln, salzen. Sbrinz darüberstreuen. Blumenkohl in der Mitte des auf 220 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens ca. 15 Min. backen.
  • Salad

    Zitronensaft, Öl und Pesto in einer grossen Schüssel verrühren, Baumnüsse in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne ohne Fett goldbraun rösten. Baumnüsse, Salat und Sauce mischen, salzen, zum Blumenkohl servieren.
