  • Seasoned butter
  • 1 tsp cumin, crushed
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Sweetcorn
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 4 pieces aluminium foil

  • Seasoned butter

    Add the spices to a non-stick frying pan and toast briefly over a medium heat. Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter for approx. 2 mins., stir in the spices and salt.
  • Sweetcorn

    Pull the leaves of the corn cobs upwards and remove the fibres. Coat the corn cobs with half of the butter, tightly wrap each cob in foil.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

    Grill the corn cobs over/on a low heat (approx. 180°C) for approx. 45 mins. Remove the foil, brush with the remainder of the butter.
