  • 140 g boiled pork in slices
  • 8 slices bread (z.B. Ruchbrot)
  • 150 g Cheddar, finely sliced
  • 140 g ham
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 pieces gherkin, cut into slices
  • To grill the peaches
  • 1 tbsp oil

    Place the pork and ham on 4 slices of bread, drizzle with honey. Top with the cheddar and gherkins. Place the remaining slices of bread on top.
  • To grill the peaches

    Brush both sides of the sandwiches with oil. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the sandwiches over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side.
