  • 2 peaches, cut into approx. 2 cm chunks
  • 0.5 charentais melons, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
  • 4 strawberries, halved
  • 2 bananas, cut into approx. 2 cm chunks
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 fresh egg white
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod, cut open lengthways; only use the scraped-out seeds

  • Place the fruit pieces onto the grill tray, drizzle with honey. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the fruit in the tray, covered, over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins.
  • Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until the egg whites turn glossy. Stir in the vanilla seeds. Spoon the egg whites over the fruit, cover and grill for about another 4 mins.
  • Tip:

    serve immediately.
