  • 2 peaches, cut into 2-cm pieces
  • 0.5 Charentais melon, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 4 strawberries, cut in half

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g sugar

  • Place the fruit pieces onto the grill tray, drizzle with honey. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the fruit in the grill tray, covered, over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins.
  • Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until the egg whites turn glossy. Stir in the vanilla seeds. Spoon the mixture onto the fruit, then cover and grill for approx. 4 mins.
