Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries, cut in half
  • 2 peaches, cut into 2-cm pieces
  • 0.5 charentais melon, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 2 banana, cut into 2-cm pieces
  • 2 tbsp. liquid honey
  • 2 fresh egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod ', cut open lengthways

Instructions

  • Place the fruit pieces onto the grill tray, drizzle with honey.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the fruit in the grill tray, covered, over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins.
  • Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until the egg whites turn glossy. Stir in the vanilla seeds.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the fruit, then cover and grill for approx. 4 mins.
