  • To prepare the bread
  • 3 garlic clove, pressed
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1 piece aluminium foil (approx. 15 x 30 cm)
  • 1 bread (e.g. farm-style baguette, approx. 280 g)

  • To prepare the bread

    Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the butter for approx. 3 mins., stir in the garlic and herbs. Make several incisions in the baguette, do not cut through it, distribute the garlic butter in the incisions. Wrap in aluminium foil.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

    Grill the bread over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), covered, for approx. 15 mins. Open the foil for the last 5 mins.
