Ingredients

  • 1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into segments
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 bunch peppermint, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 12 peeled raw prawn tails (organic) (approx. 450 g), insides removed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.75 salt

Instructions

  • Mix together the lime juice and all the ingredients up to and including the chilli pepper. Halve the marinade, stir the sugar into one half and set aside as the sauce. Brush the prawns with the remaining seasoning mix, salt. Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 2 mins. each side.
  • Serve:

    Serve the prawns with a little sauce and garnish with lime segments.
