  • 6 dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 4 piadina flatbreads
  • 100 g cured ham in slices
  • 100 g Parmesan, shaved into thin strips using a peeler
  • 20 g rocket

    Mix the crème fraîche and tomatoes, spread the mixture on one side of the piadina. Top the piadina with parmesan, cured ham and rocket, fold together. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the piadina over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 3 mins. on each side.
