  • Grilled Spanish sandwich
  • 1 baguettes (approx. 415 g), halved lengthwise, cut crosswise into four
  • 4 tbsp red tapenade
  • 120 g Manchego, sliced
  • 60 g chorizo, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • Grilled pretzel sandwich
  • 4 lye rolls (approx. 60 g each), halved lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp pesto alla genovese
  • 60 g Graubünden cured ham
  • 100 g Asiago, thinly sliced
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Grilled veggie sandwich
  • 4 rolls (e.g. wholegrain rolls, approx. 100 g each), halved lengthwise
  • 8 tbsp hummus
  • 200 g Brie, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • Grilled Gorgonzola & apple sandwich
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 dl water
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 8 thin slices of rye bread
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 apples, thinly sliced
  • 40 g rocket

  • Grilled Spanish sandwich

    Spread tapenade on both sides of the baguette. Place the Manchego, chorizo and honey on the bottom half of the baguette, cover with the top half of the baguette, press together firmly. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the sandwiches over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins., turning once or twice.
  • Grilled pretzel sandwich

    Spread pesto on both sides of the roll. Place the Asiago, cured ham and basil on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the sandwiches over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins., turning once or twice.
  • Grilled veggie sandwich

    Spread hummus on both sides of the roll. Place the Brie, avocado and spinach on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the sandwiches over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins., turning once or twice.
  • Grilled Gorgonzola & apple sandwich

    Heat the butter in a pan. Sweat the onions over a low heat for approx. 15 mins. Add the water, sugar and salt, simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Top 8 slices of bread with the caramelized onions. Add the Gorgonzola, sliced apple and rocket, cover with the remaining slices of bread, press together firmly. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the sandwiches over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins., turning once or twice.
