  • 2 red pepper, halved crosswise
  • 80 g dry-cured country bacon, cut into strips
  • a little pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp herb salt
  • 3 dl cream
  • 1 tbsp marjoram, finely chopped

  • Season the peppers inside and arrange on a greased baking tray. Divide the bacon between the peppers. To make the sauce, combine the eggs, cream and marjoram, season and divide between the peppers. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the peppers for approx. 25 mins. over/on a medium heat.
