  • 300 g mozzarella, halved crosswise, sliced
  • 4 baguettes (approx. 100 g each),
  • 4 tomato, halved crosswise, sliced
  • 1 glass basil pesto (approx. 130 g)
  • 4 pieces aluminium foil (approx. 20 x 30 cm each)

  • To fill

    Make crosswise incisions in the baguettes at intervals of approx. 2 cm. Spread pesto into the incisions, then fill with the mozzarella and tomato slices. Place the baguettes on the foil and wrap well.
  • To grill

    Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the baguettes all over over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 10 mins.
