Ingredients

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
  • 2 courgettes, cut into slices
  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 avocado, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Salad
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 dates, pitted, cut into thin strips

Instructions

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

    Mix the vegetables with the oil, season. Grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
  • Salad

    Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Add the vegetables and dates mix.
